OBAKING/BESINE The pizza dough  machine is rolled and stretched by the pressing roller device to make the dough shiny and stable in quality; the pressing rollers all have thickness adjustment devices to set the thickness of the dough to increase or decrease the weight of the product; pneumatic or mechanical The slitting device cuts the dough into round cakes, and at the same time pierces holes, so that the shell will not be stuck when demoulding, and the cakes cut out have stable tendons. The operating system adopts PLC and touch screen, which is easy to operate, imitating pure hand-made, the baking process of pizza products is not affected, and the appearance is flat, smooth, natural, beautiful, and the pattern is clear. The production of different specifications of pizza (can be customized according to customer requirements) product diversification,it  can also produce doughnuts, Danish bread and so on.

Pizza production line process:
1. The irregular dough sheet is made into a certain regular dough sheet through the pressing roller (the thickness of the dough sheet can be adjusted)
2. The dough is conveyed by the conveyor belt and rolled out of the small hole through the small hole roller.
3. Pneumatic cutter cuts out the round cake of the size required by the customer
4. The waste skin is recycled by the conveyor belt for secondary use
5. Unnecessary waste is reduced by the device for spreading and recycling the remaining material
6. Automatic plate arrangement with conveyor belt (each pizza is automatically arranged at a certain distance)
