This machine is a cookie cutting and extruding machine, all running actions are driven by independent servo motors, and the operating system is controlled and adjusted by a PLC touch screen. A pair of grooved feed rollers feed the dough evenly into a set of metering pumps, and each discharge nozzle is fed by an independent pump to ensure that all products have the same size and weight, and can be matched with a variety of steel belt tunnel baking. The furnace is used synchronously.
Product function: It is mainly used for the molding of high-fat cookies.
Two installation methods: one is directly installed on the oven drive, and the cake falls on the steel belt;

This production line is an ideal equipment for making tough biscuits and soda biscuits. The dough is formed by a roller cutter to form a cake blank, and the leftover material is returned to the feeding port by the recycling equipment through the recycling system. Adjustable between the rubber roller and the cake mold, the pressure at both ends of the rubber roller is consistent, and the molding is uniform. The printing rollers and cutting rollers can be fine-tuned manually, the printing and cutting on the biscuits are completely aligned and self-sealing, improving the quality of the biscuits.

Three production line equipment composition:
