This Bar production line consists of sugar boiling equipment, mixer, feeding machine, auxiliary material machine, beating machine, spreader, cooling flow pump, automatic cutting machine, chocolate coating production line, and packaging machine. The entire machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation synchronization, PLC controls the cutting length, seven rollers are pressed flat, and microcomputer controls the forming temperature. The forming is square and accurate, the cutting length is accurate, and the product weight is consistent. The entire machine continuously produces, achieving true fully automatic intelligent operation of grain bars. This equipment is a customized product, and professional personnel are arranged to coordinate and negotiate with the demander based on customer needs, factory structure, and other factors.
Cereals bar is a sheet-like or rod-shaped product made from grains such as oats, rice, and corn as the main raw materials and bonded with high viscosity syrup. In addition to the main raw grains, the product also includes auxiliary materials such as nuts, dried fruits, candy, and chocolate., Products are generally in a single layer form, where flavor coatings are added through surface decoration, bottom support, or entire packaging, such as chocolate coatings, butter condensed milk coatings, etc.
Full automatic continuous production process is adopted, with high output and advanced technology. This production line can produce Energy bar, protein bar, cereal bar, Sachima, Nougat and other products, and can produce various types of chocolate composite products after matching with chocolate coating machine.
There are 6 widths to choose from for the sugar noodle line, including 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 600mm, and 800mm. All functions of the 1000mm molding line can be adjusted by one or two PLC control cabinets.
The whole machine is composed of six sections: feed conveying, Tablet press, cooling conveying cabinet, granulation forming machine and vibration cooling, all of which are equipped with frequency conversion speed control.
