2 Product features:
This production line automatically sends the stirred dough into the dough hopper through a conveyor belt, which is then stretched, thinned, widened, and stretched twice to form a thin skin. After being processed by brushing oil, sprinkling scallions, and spices, the dough is rolled into a spiral shape. The flattening and laminating machine can also be used to press the cake of the molding machine into a cake embryo. The production line adopts a PLC and touch screen control system, which stabilizes the product, improves output, and has a high degree of automation. This production line is used for manually grasping cakes, Scallion scratch cakes, pancakes, and other various pastry skin products.
Installation Instructions
Only when all preparations are ready can the power be turned on. After starting the power and running the car for 10 minutes, stop and check for any abnormalities. Production can only begin after everything is normal, and ensure the continuity of material supply during the production process. The sticking roller of the dough is caused by excessive powder on the dough or loose scraper bolts. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be wiped clean and coated with edible oil.
Common troubleshooting:
1. The panel cannot be connected properly: it is due to improper adjustment of the gap between the two sets of upper and lower rollers, resulting in the phenomenon of broken boards and remaining boards. When the plate is broken, reduce the gap between the lower group of rollers or increase the gap between the upper group of rollers. When the remaining plate is broken, increase the gap between the lower group of rollers or reduce the gap between the upper group of rollers, and adjust it with roller adjustment wire.
The deviation and thickness inconsistency of the 2-sided surface are caused by uneven gaps in the length direction of the opposite roller. Adjust the adjustment thread of the surface roller.
The edge of the three patches is incomplete, mainly due to uneven feeding, and the continuity of feeding should be ensured.
The surface of the 4-sided roller is sticky, which is due to poor contact with the scraper. Adjust the blade of the scraper.
The 5 noodles and noodles form a curved waveform, which is caused by the excessive installation angle between the roller and scraper, the blade being reversed or the blade being too blunt. The blade should be trimmed and adjusted in place.
