The fully automatic Wafer crispy cone baking machine is a food machinery equipment that uses an electrical control system, grouting system, automatic opening and closing mold, gas system, etc. to heat the mixed dough through gas, and continuously operate from grouting, baking, forming, demolding to conveyor stacking. It is used to produce ice cream cone, crispy cone,wafer cone , and it can make different shaped product styles through different molds.

The entire machine is controlled by Schneide's PLC and is started by the main motor, the winding machine, the fan, and the gas. The igniter automatically ignites and heats the baking board of the machine. When the temperature is displayed at around 180 degrees, the mixed dough is adjusted to a certain amount by the feeding pump and sent to the bottom plate of the baking board. The panel of the baking board is automatically closed, and the dough is shaped according to the set thickness of the dough. Then, the baking board is actively rotated and transferred to the baking furnace composed of upper and lower nozzles for baking. After baking, the dough has become a pancake, which is accurately rolled into a finished product by the mechanical arm into the rolling mold and demolded. Afterwards, send out the finished product.
