Working principle:
The crushed pulp, juice, and skin enter the spiral juicer through the feed hopper. As the bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the outlet direction of the residue, the pitch gradually decreases. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag groove. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the pressure regulating conical part. The movement of the pressure regulating head along the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap.
