Installation Instructions
Burger Horizontal Cutter
It mainly uses two transmission wheels to drive the circular saw blade to cut the items waiting to be cut by the hamburger. The circular saw blade is installed on the two transmission wheels, and the appropriate tension and the parallelism and position of the two transmission wheels are adjusted; when the transmission wheels rotate, the circular saw blade is driven to cut the items waiting to be cut. When the hamburger horizontal cutting machine cuts the hamburger horizontally, the lower conveyor belt is conveying the hamburger for cutting, and another upper conveyor belt running synchronously needs to press the cut burger to prevent the cut burger from going up and down. As a result, the cutting is uneven, and the height of the hamburger is not uniform. In order to meet the products of various specifications, the upper and lower conveyor belts can be freely adjusted according to customer requirements.
The hamburger is placed on the conveyor belt and automatically divided into the hamburger horizontal cutting machine for cutting.
There are two adjustment screws on the top of the machine to adjust the hamburger height and the cut height between the upper and lower conveyor belts.
There is a knob on the right side of the horizontal burger cutter to adjust the tension of the band saw blade.
There are four built-in screws directly in front of the horizontal burger cutter for adjusting the book conveyor belt tension and conveyor belt leveling.
