Fully automatic croissant production equipment
 It is mainly composed of main machine, dividing table, rolling machine, conveyor and injection coating machine. The main components of the whole machine are  photoelectric from Germany, magnetic drive and servo motor from Taiwan,  inverter, and conveyor belt from Italy. The parts in contact with food are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. The machine calenders the crisped noodles, and divides them into triangles of uniform size through longitudinal and cross-cutting, and then enters the rolling unit from the rotary table to complete the production of croissants. Suitable for , croissants, torn bread and other products.

Features of automatic croissant production line
1. The prefabricated dough is rolled and pressed by three zhe-in pressing rollers to form a belt-shaped dough;
2. The strip-shaped dough is divided into three equal parts longitudinally by the supporting dividing mechanism of the main engine during the traveling;
3. The divided strip dough is evenly divided by the independent cutting table;
4. The noodle section continues to travel with the conveyor belt and is rolled into shape by the rolling machine;
5. The formed dough rolls are manually sorted through the conveyor and loaded into the baking tray with paper tray and proofed; then baking and packing .
