Moulding system
1. Width of pressing roller 300mm/600mm or cusotmized
2. The dough is rolled and extended through three pressing wheels and a face holding device, making the dough more shiny and stable in quality;
3. Each pressing wheel has a thickness adjustment device to set the thickness of the dough to increase or decrease the weight of the product;
4. The speed of the dough is controlled by an electric eye between the pressing wheel and the rolling device, so that the dough will not break or block due to the fast or slow conveying speed of the main machine;
5. After passing through the last main machine pressing wheel, the dough will fall onto the main machine conveyor belt, and the filling will be added through the filling component. Then, the dough will be rolled into strips through the rolling wheel and auxiliary rolling wheel;
6. Turn on the separated flower kneading molding machine and set its cutting length to determine the length, size, and weight of the product;
7. Equipped with synchronous speed regulation function, making operation more convenient. The independent cutter holder can be replaced with different product cutter holders, which are durable and easy to clean.
8. The crispy dough column after filling and rolling is closed, divided into groups, and shaped by a kneading molding machine to ensure uniform thickness and stable gluten of the crispy pastry. Imitation handmade to ensure that the baking process of the product is not affected, and the appearance is flat, smooth, natural, beautiful, and the crispy layer is clear.
